Kloem Hostel (Adults Only) - Bangkok

The common area in the hostel was really cool with a large TV and comfy bean bags to relax on. I also liked that breakfast was included and they even gave us something to take with us when we checked out early. the hostel is located close to a BTS station, which made it easy to get around the city.

The staff at the hostel were not very friendly or helpful. They spent most of their time on their phones and didn't seem interested in making the guests feel welcome.

kloem hostel exceeded my expectations on this relaxing break in bangkok. the design of the building and attention to detail were stunning. the local atmosphere and close proximity to bts made it a truly enjoyable stay.

My stay at Kloem was good. The hostel's architecture is fine and I loved the stylish and unique design of the beds. The common areas were fantastic, with hammocks and cozy spots to relax. The ambiance was amazing, creating a perfect atmosphere for chilling out. The included breakfast of pork and rice was delicious and gave me a great start to my day. I also appreciated that the area around the hostel allowed me to experience the true essence of Bangkok, with street food options and a safe environment. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the bus to the DM airport.

Drawbacks: The only minor inconvenience I encountered was the lack of space for luggage in the 6-bed dorm. as I was either alone or with only one other person , it didn't affect me too much.

The design of the building is the best part - beautiful and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful, providing useful information. The location is convenient, close to BTS Skytrain and local communities. The hostel is clean and tidy, with Thai-style breakfast and free drinking water.

I can't say enough about the outstanding staff at Kloem! Our host, Pola, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even took us to a temple we hadn't visited before and helped me with my kids. the decor was cute, the beds were comfy, and everything was super clean. the location was great, giving us a glimpse of local areas in Bangkok while still being within walking distance of Siam Discovery Mall. the hostel even had a Thai Boxing rink nearby, which was a fun experience for the kids. I also appreciated the no smoking policy and the friendly staff. the atmosphere was cozy, with a nice common area and spotless bathrooms. it felt like home away from home. Cons: Not one thing 🚫.

I chose Kloem Hostel specifically because it was conveniently located near the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, two places I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access. This feature allowed me to stay connected and plan my day easily. Additionally, I loved the separate dining areas in the individually furnished accommodations. It provided a comfortable space to enjoy meals.

During my four-day stay, I encountered some issues with the staff at Kloem. They were not as friendly as I expected, rarely greeting me with a smile or saying goodbye when I left.

I had an amazing and unforgettable experience at this hostel. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like I was part of a family. the location was perfect, with a street food market just outside and easy access to transportation. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the triple room. the hostel had a cozy atmosphere with a chill vibe, and I made many friends during my stay. it was a memorable experience that I would highly recommend.

No real vegetarian options for breakfast except for donuts and soy milk.
